With 20 years of agency client service experience, Kelle has a unique knack for developing fiercely loyal bonds with clients and agency team members. She’s worked at large agencies in Toronto and Calgary but prefers the smaller independent shops where there is an opportunity to make an impact. She’s worked on clients like Procter & Gamble, Home Depot, Revlon, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hyundai, Bloomin’ Brands, Molson, TD, Royal LePage and many more. Kelle recently helped an agency reduce client churn from +30% to less than 12% in under 2 years. Not only that, she was able to begin to grow the retained accounts by offering new digital marketing solutions to the clients.

Kelle took one $5,000 project for a new client and turned that client into a $4M acccount in 4 years! And at an industry event she was floored when the client introduced her as a representative of their AoR! Who knew that was still a thing!
Got the Shop Listed as the “Preferred Digital Vendor” for P&G
Kelle took a 1-year maternity leave gig and was able to build trust and confidence with the Digital Lead at Procter & Gamble – so much so that a communication went out to every P&G brand manager that this agency was the ‘preferred digital marketing vendor’. The agency went from one project to 14 active projects when the Kelle’s contract ended. The agency kept her on longer (that has happened more than once).
